Competition to design a building with two uses: the local library and a space for cultural activities.

The superposition of two bodies, one per program, has as a result an unitary volume with a central patio inside that lets to articulate the main access and  enrich the indoor spaces with air, light and visuals. And also to give continuity inside the building to the new square in front of the building.
