Competition made for Valeri associats.

Proposal of a tower of 81 minimum housing for seniors, designed according to criteria of eco-efficiency. The placement of nine units per plant allows to reduce the height of the block and avoids putting a second staircase according to legislation. The placement of housing in a regular way allows to replace and rotate them, giving more rhythm to the façade.
