Proposal for the construction of a municipal library and a multipurpose room, with the extension of the old slaughterhouse. The new volume is  placed in a natural way in the place, hugging the existing building, reaching a discrete height to the south to respect the existing building and growing  on the back to solve  the multipurpose room.
